Is there anything else I should do while using Celtrixa®?
Yes, while using Celtrixa®, we do recommend that you maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for optimum results. Specifically, we suggest a balanced diet coupled with regular cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Furthermore, we suggest that you eliminate use of all tobacco products, as this can accelerate the deterioration of skin quality and increase the likelihood of wrinkles and undesirable contours in the skin of the face and body.

Are there any side effects with Celtrixa®?
Celtrixa® has not shown to have any side effects, short or long-term. Of course, as with any skin care product, you should consult your physician prior to use or if you develop any adverse reaction.

How do I use Celtrixa®?
Simply follow the instructions and directions that are provided on each product label.
How long will it take to see results?
Many customers will see and feel improved moisture and tone within two weeks. A study of the key ingredient in Celtrixa demonstrated that improvements continued through eight weeks of results. For optimal results, it is recommended that you use Celtrixa® for a minimum of three months.

How long do the results last?
Celtrixa will continue to restore and revive your skin as long as you use the product. If use of the formula is ended, the results may last for weeks even.

How long will a supply of Celtrixa® last?
Each jar of Celtrixa® as well as other products within the Celtrixa® product line are developed to last for 30 days of daily treatments for the AVERAGE USER. Individuals who use Celtrixa® more often than twice per day, and/or use the product broadly on many parts of the face and body may require additional supplies of product within a 30 day period. I am a heavy smoker and drinker, will Celtrixa® work for me?
Yes, Celtrixa® can benefit you, though tobacco use and excessive alcohol intake may inhibit results. We recommend reducing your use of tobacco and alcohol products, or eliminating them altogether.

How do I return a product?
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the bottles 30 days from the date  you received your shipment- even if they’re empty- and you will receive a full refund of your product purchase price (less shipping & processing). Please note the following terms:

  • Customer is responsible for return postage.
  • All purchases returned after the 30 days return policy will receive a store credit good for 12 months from the date of return.  A $1 processing fee will apply to future orders placed using store credit.
  • We will not process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
  • Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
  • To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA number. The warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number.

How long will it take to process a return?
From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 5 business days to process your refund. Please keep in mind that your bank needsto post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to your account can slightly vary depending on how quickly your bank recognizes and posts our refund.
